When you have relationship questions, we're here to help you through them
In your relationships there are several telling signs that stand out and give you a hint that things might not be going smoothly. If the phrase “I’m sorry” is thrown around a lot, it can show an unwillingness or inability to change. Used sparingly it can be very powerful, but overuse can show a decline and create unhealthy relationships.
A relationship should help build you up and make you feel good about yourself. The same is true for your partner. If someone is constantly being put down, take some time to think about who is being put down and why. Quiet introspection can be a great way to realize that perhaps it’s you that’s creating a toxic environment. What can you do to make the relationship better?
Remember that a relationship is built on trust and understanding. If blame is being thrown around on numerous occasions it can be a sign that someone in the relationship is not taking responsibility for their actions. Improving yourself and admitting your own faults is a great step that can show your partner that you are willing to work for the relationship.
If you are experiencing any of these situations with a relationship in your life, chances are it is having an impact on your all-around, everyday being.
